The earliest history we have of
Eureka was that she came from a breeding facility on the East Coast. She didn’t like the idea of
mating and having litters of babies so they gave her to another facility, which then gave her to another facility.
After being bounced around a number of times she finally found her way to a California facility which tried to use
her for an educational animal. She was not very happy doing this either so she finally made her way to
our doors here at Forever Wild in which she will never be bred or bounced around to another place ever again.
She was given to us with a huge medical file listing all different types of problems she had. Since
she has been with us she has not once been to the vet for any medical problems whatsoever. She eats great
and never has any type of stomach problems at all. We have even taken her on occasion to a few different
outreach programs we do to raise money for the animals and she has been very relaxed and well poised. She
has even taken a little snooze in the sun and played in her water which a cat that is stressed or nervous would never do.
She has been a great addition to our family and we look forward to having her for many more years.
